Breaking a lease agreement on a condo in Bangkok.

0 votes

I rented a condo in Bangkok on a 12 months lease, all of the furniture was damaged and i requested them to remove it and i bought everything brand new, i then found out that the mattress was soaking with urine, so i took photographs and sent them to the agent, i was forced to buy a new bed at a cost of 30,000THB. I could not settle because of the environment so i broke the lease after 2 months, i gave them 4 days notice and let them keep the 2 months deposit and all the brand new furniture almost 100,000THB. How do i stand legally if i want to go back to Bangkok.
