Can you elaborate a bit more on this? Are you looking to hire staff as a private individual (e.g. a maid for yur home) or as a business venture? Are you located in Thailand or abroad?

We are looking for hiring staff as a business venture and we are located abroad. We will pay the staff monthly salary by wire transfer.
I am not sure if this can be done in Thailand and how he/she will settle with social taxes & benefits
I'm not a lawyer or tax expert, so don't take this as legal advice:

My assumption would be that the staff would be freelance and work as self-employed contributors. Since they wouldn't be employees they probably wouldn't be eligible for social security. They'd have to file taxes similar to other freelancers.

My recommendation though would be to discuss this with a lawyer.  Doesn't cost the world in Thailand and puts you on the safe(r) side.
